Designed to be used damp to apply your foundation for a flawless, skin finish. Great for those dealing with oily or textured skin! 

To use: Fully saturate the sponge under running water until it doubles in size. Then gently squeeze out any excess water from the sponge. It should be damp, not dripping wet. Use the damp sponge to apply foundation in tapping motions on the skin.
